I am trying to open my Access 97 files on a new computer with Access 2002.
These are simple databases for my personal home use. Most opened easily and
converted to Access 2002. However, with one of them I get the following
error message when I try to open it on the new computer:
The current user account doesn't have permission to convert or enable this
database. To convert or enable a database, ensure the following:
*You must join the workgroup that defines the user accounts used to access
the database. Etc., etc.
Any idea what the problem is?
