Error on Mirrored drives set

New to Windows 2000 server mirroring. I just inherited a two drive
mirrored system. In the graphical bottom view of Computer Management -
Disk Management both drives report a status of "error".

They are online, but the "error" concerns me. Where do I start to
resolve this problem?

Hi,

I'd certainly investigate further, is there any more information in the
system eventlog about the errors? I'd also have a look at
http://labmice.techtarget.com/windows2000/diskmgmt/default.htm and
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/Windows2000Pro/reskit/part7/proch32.mspx
about what might be causing the potential problem and how to fix it.
