Error on loading profile

When I try to start my computer and put it the password
for the administrator, I get the following error:

"Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged on
with the default profile for the system"

Then it looks like it is loading, but goes back to the
sign in page.

Any thoughts on what is wrong?
