Error on Closing IE, or any time, really.

Using IE 6, sometimes at random, but more often after closing all my IE
windows, I recieve the following:


The instruction at "0x37001328" referenced memory at "0x7c801d77". The
memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the Program.



So - What does this mean and how do I stop it?
