Ever since I applied the most recent patch on 11/11/03,
whenever I restart or load up XP it slows down on the
blue "welcome" screen for about 30 seconds and then
provides the error msg "Window's cannot find 'copy'..."

I've run my virus scan, with heuristics and it's up to
date. I have every patch available from MS and it doesn't
seem to effect my computer at all, it just takes longer
to load. The memory usage, HD speeds etc., all seem
normal. It's a new Dell desktop P4 2.2, 512 RDRAM etc. So
it's juiced as well. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Perhaps if you provided the full error...

BTW - you used your real email address, expect more spam than normal..
possibly LOTS more.
