error msg -2147467259 (80004005) Method '~' of object failed

error msg -2147467259 (80004005) Method '~' of object '~' failed.
A user clicks on the reply button for any email and she gets this error msg.
This is only when she clicks reply for the first time.
i havent been able to find any fix so far online.
