error: MS Off Word Interface not registered when trying to email

New install MS Office Teacher/Student..Windows XP..When trying to send an
email the error message reads Microsoft Office Word..Interface Not Registered
and the email won't send. I am new to Outlook (today) and would appreciate
some guidance.
 
Hi,

Try the following step. Check if the error comes up when you open Outlook in
the application safe mode.

Go to Start> Run> outlook /safe

Tell me if the error occurs in this mode or not!!
