Error Messages

I am running Win XP Home and Office 2007
I am getting two error messages the first when I open an Excel file

Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile error in hidden module: AutoExrcNew

and the second when I close the file

Microsoft Visual Basic
Compile error in hidden module: DistMon

What can I do to correct this ?

Just when opening or closing Excel. No error message in Word
