Error Messages

Due to the recent storms in my area, my electricity cut out several times,
and I believe screwed up some things on my computer. When trying to open
some programs, I get the following error messages:

The application or DLL C:\Windows\System32\olepro32.dll is not a valid
windows image. Please check against your installation diskette

The application or DLL C:\Windows\System32\CLUSAPI.dll is not a valid
windows image. Please check against your installation diskette (this is the
error message I get when in Control Panel, and clicking on add new programs.
After I click o.k., the error message below comes up.)

Set up library iis.dll could not be loaded, or function OcEntry could not be
found. Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0x7e.

Could someone please help me????

Get a surge protector that also has phone line sockects if you use
dialup.
