Error messages on non-administrator log on

All of the others that log on to my PC do not have administrator priviliges.
However, when they log on, they get lots of error messages (simply saying
"error") and one or two saying they do not have enough priviliges for a
program and should contact the administrator.

I see nothing in the messages that tells me what the programs are that are
creating these messages. They are using only IE for now and that works ok.
Later, they will want to use office programs etc and I don't know how to let
them.

This is probably simple and straightforward, but I can't see how to resolve
this. Anyone able to help?

A program that you've set to run at startup for all users is poorly coded,
and will only work for administrators. Disable them in turn to determine
which one(s) are causing the problem.

Most modern office type programs should work just fine in a non admin
account. I've run Office XP, Office 2003 and OpenOffice in this way before
now. Are you seeing a problem with this or are you just wondering about what
might happen in the future?
