I have a Dell 1505 notebook with 2 GB of RAM Windows XP media player, and
Microsoft 2007 office. When I open Microsoft's Outlook, there is no problem,
but when I click on an e-mail message to open it, and error message is
generated saying that Microsoft is sorry for the inconvenience and the
program needs to close. I have run the repair option in the add/remove
programs to no avail. Do you have a solution for this problem? Also, I
somehow inadvertently clicked on a button that does not allow me to see any
of the text of the highlighted e-mail message. How do I get that back?
Thank you very much for any assistance.

Have you tried running scanpst.exe against the file?
