Error messages 1933 for W2K Admin Tools and Error 1223 MSI

Trying to do an install of Admin Tools and the install was
halted with an error message of 1933, stopped on file
schmmmchg.dll. I looked for that file and in Sys32, when I
found it, the file disappeared. Any help on this one???



This error goes along with the above...Error message 1223
MSi Installer error.
