Error Message

Whenever I am online I get an error message. When I click
on it to expand, it doesn't do anything. Is this some
type of a virus?

scan for a virus , free avg at grisoft.com ,for free anti
virus
and scan for spyware with spybot from safer-networking.org
update before scan
