Whenever IE 6 is opened the following message apperas in
multiple dialog boxes.
An exception occured while trying to run '"'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE 6. I have deleted
the user profile from the PC and recreated. Does anyone
have an idea where I can look?

Rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
