Error Message

Does anyone know why the following error message appears?

"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienance."
It gives me the choice of sending an error report to
Microsoft and lets me chose to restart Internet Explorer.
When it happens,it does it about 4 or 5 times while
broswing and sometimes crashes my son's laptop and we have
to force shutdown. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I am also getting this error message everytime I try to
open my browser. I am currently using my MSN8 to access
the web...I keep meaning to cancel it as I have cable
modem internet access through which I use explorer. Any
help would be appreciated.

HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) is the
preferred tool to use these days. It will help to both identify and remove
any hijackware/spyware. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
