error message

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. I am running
Windows XP and when I try to connect to the internet I get
the following error message:
Cannot find server
WINDOWS\System32\shdocld.dll/dnserror.htm

I would appreciate any help

try emptying all your temporary files and cookies, and you may want to try
to delete, then recreate your dial up connection( i assume you are on dial
up).
also, you could run this command at the run line: netsh int ip reset
resetlog.txt
