Error message

Does anyone know why, whenever I start my computer up I
get a box saying "Support has encountered a problem and
needs to close". If I click on send an error report it
still comes up the next time I start the computer. Someone
please help it`s driving me mad!!!

The same thing is happening to me and I can't figure it

out. I am still waiting for help. Can anyone help us?
