error message

When I start my pc\windows xp I get an error message
saying a module cant be found.
(crogra~1\newdot~1\newdot~2.dll). It doesn't seem to
affect anything and it just started recently, but I'd
like to correct the problem.

thanks Will, but that does not say anything about my
problem. it talks about plug ins and doesn't say anything
about newdot.dll module. Any other suggestions?
