error message

I am receiving the following message when I start up my computer:

BWPRNMON
Monitor can't find bitware NT agent
Class WCNtagent

Any ideas on what this is ??

Also I had a conflict with two antivirus programmes running...i've managed to delete both of them but can't re set up either of them and thats despite redownloading them from the net. I still can't access system restore and xp help section and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the above error message!!
