Has anyone else received the following error message
Qx800C0005 in Windows XP Home addition. My computor tells
me to contact Microsoft Support. When I did, they tell
me to contact Dell because they installed Windows in my
unit. Dell doesent have a clue as to what it means. I
don,t feel I should pay MIcrosoft support for a problem
in their system. Can someone help?

When do you get this message? What are you doing when it occurs? Did
your computer ever work correctly? What changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't? What have you already done to
troubleshoot?
