Error Message

When working in Form view and you occasionally get an error message that says:
"Cannot update, add new cancel", what does this indicate and how can it be
fixed?

Does the error message literally say "add new cancel"? I'm not familiar
with that one.

Or maybe you meant that <Cancel> is the only choice of action and is on a
command button?

What do you mean by "occasionally get an error message"? Are you saing that
this is an intermittent error that happens on the same form, or something
that happens on different forms?
