Error message

After downloading the latest Microsoft updates, when trying to open my ISP'S
webpage I have suddenly started getting an error message-"WOOBrowser.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close".
How do I resolve this?

Uninstall your ISP's (Wanadoo) software. You don't need any of it (unless
perchance it's a free/ad-based subscription).
