Do you have a Logitech keyboard? The iTouch application that comes with it
uses Backweb. Not sure about other devices or other keyboards, but if you go
to msconfig's "Startup" tab, you may find it listed there. Look for it,
expand the path, and see who or what installed it, then uninstall and/or
reinstall it... see if that helps.
