I get this error message suddenly from windows mail.

Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account: 'mail.btinternet.com',
Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Error:
Can't create the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\AVG7\QUEUE\TEMP\605F594B1D14.emc', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

Any ideas on how to fix it

That looks looks a server problem, not a problem on your computer.
It may help to log in using webmail and delete the oldest message you
have on the server. If not, there may be little you can do besides
report the problem to your email provider and wait for them to fix
it.
