error message

[need help]

whenever i try to open any of the things in the control
panel i get a message that says "error rundll32.exe is
not a valid win32 application" what does this mean and
how do i fix it?

I am having the exact same problem. I'm searching all over to find an answer. This is the first instance where I have found someone else with the same bug. If you find a solution, please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)

Since you did not quote the original message that you are responding to, we
have no way to determine what problem you are referring to?

We do not normally use email for a response since this would preclude anyone
else here, who is looking for help, from seeing the information.
