When trying to sent e mail via any website link, I get the
following message

! Cannot send mail. No mail program is set up to
send mail using Internet Shortcuts

How do I correct this?

Select a default mail program in Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|PROGRAMS
and see if that helps.
