Error Message

I am getting an error message when I try to convert a ppt file to a pdf file.
I am getting the error message that says "missing pdfmaker files" I know it
is a simple fix, because I had called adobe about it before. Its a setting
issue that gets changed by magic or something (haha) but I cannot remember
how to change the setting back to where it needs to be. Can anyone help?

Have you tried reinstalling Acrobat?

Not sure what else might make this message appear, but since Adobe had the
answer before, maybe give them another shout?

Try to update Acrobat to 7.0
