Error Message.

I have a Dell insprion with Windows Xp on it, and when I
start it up it works fine until its starts to load up
windows. When it starts to load Windows an error message
pops up preventing me from doing anything. The error
information is:
**STOP: 0.00000024
(0X001901FF,0X827A2610,0X0000102,0X00000000)

could you please tell me if this is a virus related
problem or just a hardware related problem? Thank you

You probably have bad RAM. Do a RAM diagnosis or, if the laptop is still
under your tech support warranty, call Dell and have them replace the
faulty RAM.
