Error message

I am currently running Windows XP Home edition. I am
receiving an error message.
I get onto the internet explorer and go onto a web site
called credit retriever to retrieve an on line credit
report. When I actually try to retrieve it, it comes up
on my screen for about 3 seconds and then I am
told "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are soory for the inconvenience.
Then I can click on the error report:
Error signature
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.002800.1106
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106 Offset: 000ddead

You should contact the credit retrieval company for tech support with
their website.
