Error Message

When I run the disk check utility I get the following
"Windows was unable to complete disk check."
Any help will be greatly appriciated.

This isn't enough information to give you a very specific answer, but
I'd do a hard drive diagnostic. Your hard drive may be failing. You can
download utilities from the hard drive mftr.'s website.
