#Error Message

I am using an Access XP database that has a large number of fields and 3000+
records. One record contains #Error in two of the fields. This error does
not allow me me to delete the record. Can anyone tell me how to delete this
record and what causes it?

It's a corrupt database - this can happen with a Memo field that's
gotten bollixed, and in other ways.

See

and in particular
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruption/corruptrecords.htm

for causes and solutions.
