error message

I am having the error message that says wise install cannot find
install.log. My problem is that I no longer have the software to reinstall
it. It was for a musket scanner that I no longer have. Is their any way to
get rid of this software program? Kinda new at this but willing to learn.

Donna,

Were you trying to uninstall the scanner software?
See if reinstalling the application (in the same Path) and try uninstalling
it.
