Error message

Hi
When i open my pictures and select a picture,right click and then try to
open it with Photoshop 7 i get the following message
-.jpeg is not a valid win32 application.
Can anyone please advise

This could be a Windows problem or a Photoshop problem. I'd start by
uninstalling Photoshop and reinstalling it with the most recent updates.

Also, be sure that your system has all the latest Windows Updates.
