What version of Word, and what error? If this is a recent version of Word,
you might try Help - Detect and Repair to see if that restores/repairs Help.
I am using Microsoft Office 2000 and the error occurs when I click on an
option generated by my search word. The error is in the form of a report that
is sent to Micrsoft. I have tried Detect and Repair however I have had no joy
