hi ,computer comes up with a message" one of the files containing the
system registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or a alternate
copy,should i worry. also can i make a back up copy of windows xp even though
ive been using computer for six months
 
Does it happen every time you restart your computer or does it only happen
once? Is there some program that you have installed on your computer that may
have corrupted the registry?

It probably wouldn't do any good to make a backup copy of anything once its
already corrupted. If it continues, you may want to try reloading Windows.
