error message

While one of my users tries to log on to our network, all
her shared drives ap except her M:\ drive, which is her
home drive. When trying to map it, the error message
appears: "an extended error has occurred". Any
suggestions?

Hi

Check the event viewer and get the extended text for the error and see if
there are any other failures within 60 seconds before this, in either the
Application or the System Log.

Error Message:
An extended error has occurred.

Explanation:
An application has returned a network-specific error code.

User Action:
You will have to look at the documentation from the network provider to
find the meaning of this network-specific error code.
