Error message

I have this error message in a computer running Windows XP
Professional in a domain environment. The message window
appears when you open: My Computer, Internet Explorer,
Windows Explorer, Control Panel, Printers, in general
anything related with explorer in Windows. This is the
error message:

An exception occurred while trying to
run "c:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,download"

If you received this error before I'll appreciate any help

Hello Manuel,
I searched Google for this error. And found the following website...

Here's how you should e able to resolve the problem.

Resolution:
1. Went to Start > Run and typed Regsvr32 /u btiein.dll and deleted the
file.
2. Removed 26E8361F-BCE7-4F75-A347-98C88B418322 from the Downloaded
Programs
Files.

Thank you Curtis I'll try that to see if finally I get rid
of that message.
