Error message

While installing Windows 2000 Pro./w SP3on my Dell
Inspiron 3800, Ireceived the following
message "Stop:0x00000023
(0x000e00c8,0xbfcdda20,0xbfcdd678,0xbfda406a) Address
bfda406a base at bfd9d000, date stamp 3b69b769 -
fastfat.sys" This message pops up after the hard drive
formats, any help out there

the integrity of your drive.
