error message

When I try t get into my computer or documents I get a
message telling me explorer.exe has generated errors and
will be closed by windows you will need to resart program
an error log isbeing created.
 
I am having the same exact problem, although I seem to get the error message when viewing a folder of mp3 files. Can anyone help?
