Error message

Hi..

As soon as launch a game or any major application in
windows 2000 i get a bluescreen which says IRQ_IS_LESS_OR
EQUAL and then a lot of numbers. What does thid mean and
how do i fix it? I just switched processors from an AMD
Duron 1.GHz to a Athlon 1800+ and i made sure that the
bios settings are correct.
