error message

i sometimes get a error message that says your computer has recovered from
a serious error. but the system works fine in event viewer under system it
says (category 102) event id 1003 the error code
is000000c2,parameter00000050,paramerter2e1868000,parameter3
00000868,parameter4 0a800000 anybody know what that means
