Error message

When I try to get Advanced System Information on my computer I get a Error
273 message and when I try to My Computer Information it gathers 50 % of the
info and then stops and says "object error " can anyone explain what this
means and how I can resolve the problem?

I was having the same problem that you have . If you follow this link and go
down to the bottom of the page ,under Execute these commands from Start,Run
dialog
you will see the following three commands
regsvr32 wshom.ocx
regsvr32 jscript
regsvr32 /i mshtml

This should solve you problem it did mine
