Error message

I may be in the wrong newsgroup! There was nothing on the
FrontPage list that fitted so I opted for the first -
Client - hoping someone would know even if this was not
the correct category!!

I have failed to find the answer on all the other
Microsoft suppor options, so can someone here tell me what
is meant by the error message:
Unknown Win.Net error: No 12111 (or words to that effect).
I was trying to upload an amended webpage to my webspace -
taking the same route as the day before - when I
encountered this error message. Nothing changed in the
meantime as far as I know.
Any thoughts? Many thanks
