Errors while uploading

This problem has become successively worse over the last few months ...

While uploading in Frontpage 2K, I get errors. They used to occur
sporadically, but now I'm unable to upload web sites at all. Nothing (that
I'm aware of) has changed at my end nor at the hosting site. The errors
include:

1) "500 LPRT not understood"
2) "An unknown WinINet error has occurred (Code 12111)"
3) "The server unexpectedly closed the connection"

I have been using FileZilla to upload my sites but I'm curious if there's
aFrontpage fix that might get rid of my problems.

Those sound like permission problems - contact you host
