Error message

When I turn on my computer yhe first thing it does is it states this has
preformed an illigal operation and will shut down I never make it pass that,
I can't get into anything Please help (packard bell modem)

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
