Hello
I recently re-installed Windows XP home edition on my computer. Now, as soon as it loads my personal settings I get an error message stating that "This application failed to start due to bdmcom.exe, and immediately as I close it another one pops up saying the same thing but "bdnews.exe" pops up, and then a third. I can't remember exactly what the error message says, but it pretty close to what I've written. How can I correct this problem? Please help me in this matter. Also, I think these errors are preventing me from downloading Real One Player, and affects other items I've downloaded such as Adobe Reader

Thank You

Vanessa

Hi Vanessa

Have you virus checked your system with the latest definition for your AV program and checked for any spyware that may be on your system with the following programs:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
