Error message when trying to send/receive e-mail

I cannot pull e-mail and keep getting this message:


The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.donet.com', Server:
'pop3.donet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Has this account ever worked?

You have the wrong port number and SSL settings, ensure that the account is
setup correctly by following the setup instructions for Outlook Express 5
