Error message when trying to open active directory

Hi Guys,

I am trying to open Active. But whenever i open it i am
getting the following error message:

Naming information could not be located
The target principal name is incorrect

Please advise,

Hello

Do you have any Winsock Proxy Client on that machine like Proxy Server 2.0
or ISA 2000 cleint, if you have disable it, and try again
