Error message when trying to capture video

"Capturing Profile Cannot be Found"
Was working OK but had virus or surge & had to reformat HDD & replace motherboard.
Have reinstalled all software but now get this error message when attempting to capture video from Panasonic DV camera.
I cannot find where or how to configure capture profile?

Try downloading/installing the full set of Windows Media 9 codecs....
there's a link on the Setup > Software page of my site.
