Error Message When Opening Outlook 2002

C:\Documents and Settings\Woner\Application
DataMicrosoft\Addins\wfoladin.dll is not a valid office add-in.

I followed this path and when I open add-in window there is no file. I
searched for the file wfoldadin.dll and cannot find such a file.

Any help would be appreciated.
